Swansea Pride are proud to announce our partnership with 'Closets Are For Clothes' author Richard Harris who is a Clinical Hypnotherapist at True Colours Hypnotherapy, Cardiff.
Richard is donating £5.00 from the sale of each copy sold to Swansea Pride so we can get an even better Swansea Pride. We want to be able to promise a better event in 2011, this can only be done with strong ticket sales, fundraising events and the valuable time given by our devoted volunteers.
'Closets Are For Clothes' was released at the end of May 2010 and it's a book that celebrates everything gay! It has been dubbed a self-help book which has been written to inform the un-informed. It talks directly to people who do not understand our culture - friends, parents, family members and strangers on the street. It also acts as a handbook that allows any individual who identifies as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender - to deal with what life throws at them and shows them that they are still a tremendous person.
Closets Are For Clothes features valuable input from one of Cardiff's biggest legends, Fanny Dazzle, and our very own Jay Harley has a significant mention in there too!
